1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, and completing purchases on our website, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our registered business entity is Southern Leaf, operating warehouse facilities in Australia and serving Australian customers via AUPOST delivery services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders on our store. If you access this site on behalf of a business entity, you warrant you hold authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Payment Policy 💳
Southern Leaf supports two secure payment methods for all customer orders: PayPal and mainstream credit cards.
- PayPal Payment 🔒
All PayPal transactions are covered by official PayPal Buyer Protection. Your payment funds, personal data and after-sales rights are fully protected under PayPal’s global security rules. We never store your PayPal login credentials on our website server.
- Credit Card Payment 🪪
Credit card payments are processed through encrypted third-party payment channels. All card data is transmitted under bank-grade encryption to prevent information leakage.No hidden fees will be charged during checkout; all payable amounts are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
3. Shipping & Delivery Terms 🚚
All goods are shipped from our Australian warehouse via AUPOST courier service. Two delivery options are available:
- Faster Express: 1–3 working days transit time
- General Express: 3–6 working days transit time
Every parcel includes full AIG cargo shipping insurance 🛡️ to cover loss or damage during transit. A complete tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is dispatched.We are not liable for minor delivery delays caused by courier sorting, public holidays or force majeure events.
4. Product & Order Rules
All product descriptions, images and specifications listed on our website are for reference only. We reserve the right to update product stock status without prior notice.
Once an order is submitted and paid, cancellation requests are only acceptable within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Custom orders are non-cancellable after production starts.
5. Australian Consumer Law Compliance
We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Statutory consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by these Terms. If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not matching the listed description, you are eligible for remedies including replacement, refund or compensation as required by Australian law.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, graphic designs and brand content published on this website are the intellectual property of Southern Leaf. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any site content without our written formal approval.
7. Prohibited User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse or malicious disputes;
- Scrape, hack or interfere with our website’s security system;
- Submit false personal information or use stolen payment credentials to place orders;
- Violate any Australian federal or state laws when purchasing goods via our platform.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict site access for users violating the above rules.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information collected during checkout (name, delivery address, contact number, payment record) is processed in accordance with Australian privacy regulations. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy page for full data handling details. We will never sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing firms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, Southern Leaf shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from product use or delivery delays. Our total liability for any single order is capped at the full purchase amount you paid for that item.
This clause does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising between you and Southern Leaf shall first be resolved via email customer support negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the local civil court of Victoria.
